All E Cozy Co orders are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Here's what to expect:

Order Timeline

Your estimated delivery time is production time + shipping time:

Production: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order

Shipping [ Canada Only ]: 5–9 business days (standard)

International shipping: 5–20 business days (standard)

So a standard Canadian order typically arrives in about 10–15 business days total, and international orders can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to high demand, stock availability, or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed, but additional shipping costs may apply.
